Role: Air Export Operative

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €40k – €45k

Role Requirements:

• Coordinate and manage airfreight export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including Air Waybills, export declarations, and customs paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any issues that arise.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipments and operations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in airfreight export operations is essential.
• Strong understanding of airfreight regulations and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with freight management software.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
