Role: Air Freight Export Operator
Location: North Dublin
Salary: €42k – €45k
Role Requirements:
- Obtain all relevant information for export.
- Preparation of all related documents for customs and excise.
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations.
- Completion of invoicing.
- Dealing with both email and telephone enquires accurately and professionally.
- Invoicing, filing, customer billing, and general administrative duties.
- Support clients on any queries or issues regarding their shipments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in air freight operations.
- Excellent knowledge of customs processes and legislation.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Effective planning and monitoring skills.
