Role: Content & Category Lead.

Location: Dublin 9

Office based role

Salary: €50k

Role Requirements:

• The Content & Category Lead will,
• Lead and support the content team, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency across website content.
• Oversee product listings and ensure all product information is complete, accurate and well presented.
• Help move the team toward a more category-focused approach, actively monitoring and improving key product areas.
• Identify errors, missing information and opportunities to improve product coverage and presentation.
• Work closely with SEO, marketing and design teams to support website traffic, sales performance and campaign.
• Support marketing activities including email campaigns and promotional content
• Monitor team output and produce reports on progress, accuracy and improvements
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in a content or category management role.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and online product catalogues
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM or ERP systems
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Proficiency in MS Office
