Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Dublin 9
Monday to Friday – Office Hours
Salary: €35k
Our client are leading providers into the Irish Construction Sector delivering materials and service to some of the largest Developers, Builders, Main Contractors
Role Requirements:
- First point of contact for key accounts appointed by Customer Service Manager.
- Update of Master contract files relating to key accounts.
- Stay in regular contact with Contract customers to ascertain if their build programs have changed and schedules require adjusting.
- Oversee scheduling of daily transport requirements for contract, yard stock sales.
- Oversee Organising samples orders for customers/ sales reps/ senior management including transport and manufacturing.
- Manage sales relating to Contract, Merchant, Cash and internal orders, where orders do not meet required margins highlight to source of order.
- Input PO requirements and schedule with supplier based on information from customer
- Develop professional relationship with key contacts in suppliers, through use of relationship maintain knowledge of potential stock issues at manufacturing and highlight/ react to in order to maintain service levels.
- Generate and prepare Contract sheets for new contracts and submit to Customer Service Manager for approval.
- Liaise with Customers verbally and in writing relating to the arrival and delivery of their orders direct onto site and from quay.
- Liaise with sales team to ensure there is an agreed SLA for dealing with their requests for support.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Management
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven Sales Administration and / or customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Construction Industry experience a distinct advantage
- Ability to work in a fact paced environment
- Ability to prioritise work on own initiative and work well as part of a team.
- Proficient IT skills
- Highly organised and motivated.
