Role: Customer Service Executive
Location: Dublin 9
Salary: €33,000 – €35,000
Role Requirements:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing email correspondence.
- Processing new and repeat orders in the internal systems.
- and communicating with customers regarding order specifications, delivery dates, and other daily requirements.
- Sending order confirmations to customers via email.
- Preparing and forwarding job tickets to the Production team.
- Filing dockets and managing customer service-related data.
- Monitoring Batched for potential late orders or at-risk jobs and addressing issues in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager.
- Collecting and managing samples for Sales and Customers.
- Assisting Sales Representatives and customers with inquiries over the phone.
- Managing outgoing post.
- Performing any other customer service-related tasks as and when they arise.
- Ensuring the office environment is kept clean, organised, and efficient at all times.
- Embracing enthusiastic, genuine, and positive values within the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong IT skills are required.
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service administration environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extremely organised and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a wider team
