Role: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12
Salary: €38k – €40k
Role Requirements:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and maintenance activities in our CRM system.
- Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Prepare and send out service reminders, quotations, and invoices to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for management review.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any further needs they may have.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role, preferably within the maintenance or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
