Role: Customer Support Administrator

Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12

Salary: €38k – €40k 

Role Requirements: 

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and maintenance activities in our CRM system.
  • Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
  • Prepare and send out service reminders, quotations, and invoices to customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for management review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any further needs they may have.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role, preferably within the maintenance or service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
