Electrical Foreman

Role: Electrical Foreman

Location: Dublin 15

Salary: €55k – €65k

Role Requirements:

• Ensure all electrical installations and repairs are completed correctly and safely.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Coordinate labour and material resources efficiently to maximise productivity
• Liaise with other trades (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and rectify issues, deficiencies, or rework areas promptly.
• Mentor, train, and support the development of junior electricians and apprentices.
• Promote a strong safety culture and encourage ongoing skills development.
• Enforce compliance with Safe Electric code and all relevant electrical regulations.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and needs (materials, tools, labour) to project managers or general contractors.
• Monitor and control labour and material costs to ensure alignment with project budget.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician
• Previous experience working as an Electrical Foreman
• A responsible, respectful, reliable, hard-working team leader and team player.
• Friendly, confident, positive and customer-focused
• Experienced for at least 5 years with a track record in people and operations management.
• Capable of working with other trades on a project in parallel alongside your own team.
• Previous experience training apprentices.
