Role: Facilities Manager – Senior
Location: Limerick
Salary: €90k + bonus
Role Requirements:

Lead delivery of all FM services (technical, soft services, catering, vendors)

Manage client relationship and act as main point of contact

Full P&L ownership including budgeting and financial performance
-
Ensure compliance with H&S, GMP/GDP, and regulatory standards
-
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
Candidate Requirements:
-
5+ years’ experience in facilities management / operations leadership
-
Experience in regulated environments (pharma/manufacturing preferred)
-
Strong commercial and financial (P&L) experience
-
Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business or related field (desirable)
-
Proven team leadership and client management skills
