We’re looking for a Service Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical ability to join our clients Field Team. The service engineer will be involved in commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support across a wide variety of automated systems and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities of Service Engineer

• The service engineer will install and commission industrial door and automation systems
• Diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic tools
• Service engineers are required to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on client sites
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Participate in out-of-hours service rota with colleagues

Required to Join our Service Engineer Team

• Experienced background in both electrical and mechanical systems
• 2+ years’ experience in installation, commissioning or maintenance roles
• Full clean Irish driver’s licence
• Strong fault-finding and hands-on repair skills
• Excellent organisation, communication and timekeeping
• A flexible, self-starting attitude
