Salary: Negotiable – DOE

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our clients expanding Finance team. The successful candidate reporting into the Group Financial Controller will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. They will work closely with the commercial,operational,financial & IT Teams to transform data into actionable insights.

Role Requirements: 

• Partner with the sales teams to evaluate and analyse pricing strategies and agree rates.
• Conduct profitability analysis on products/services and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assess the financial impact of new business opportunities and contracts while gaining full understanding of the business revenue & cost drivers.
• Deep dive into financial data & proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.
• Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments that may impact financial performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis reports for Senior Management
• Attend management team meetings contributing to the decision making process.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget process.
• Collaborate with the finance team on the month end process.
• Provide financial support to the Group Financial Controller.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software.
