Role: Financial Controller

Reporting to Finance Director

Location: Park West, Dublin 12

Salary: €90k – €95k

Role Requirements: 

• Lead and develop the finance team. 
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Produce financial reports and commentary for senior management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting and monitor performance against budget
• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and professional bodies
• Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE and Corporation Tax obligations
• Manage cash flow, forecasts and working capital
• Improve financial systems, processes and reporting efficiencies
• Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to support business decisions

Candidate Requirements: 

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• 3 years’ post‑qualification experience at Financial Controller level
• Proven experience preparing management accounts
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems – Business Central a distinct advantage
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
