Fleet Maintenance Administrator

Role Requirements:
- Running reports based on the internal system and ensuring all notified faults and issues are addressed in a prompt and timely manner and recording of same on system when issue rectified
- Addressing daily reports in a prompt and timely manner, liaising with Drivers etc.
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced, repaired and maintained in a timely and professional manner and that all legal requirements such as inspections, licenses and insurances are acquired on time.
- Keeping all vehicle files up to date so that all correct paperwork recorded on files in conjunction with all legislative requirements.
- Ensuring suppliers issue relevant paperwork for any repairs completed and recording of same on internal system and the vehicle files.
- Record all aspects of same, ensure up to date paper trail and that Stratum is fully utilized to record the above.
- Work collaboratively alongside the management team in order to provide support to the fleet and driver team.
- Attend all product knowledge, compliance and training sessions organised by the Company.
- Assist with preparations for and auditing requirements
- Investigating and responding to customer complaints in an accurate and timely manner

- Keeping all vehicle files up to date so that all correct paperwork recorded on files in conjunction with all legislative requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- This role may suit for someone that has experience working within the general motor or vehicle industry. Alternatively, if you have experience working within insurance or claims handling this would be a distinct advantage
- 1+ years Administration experience required
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 5 days over 7 required
