Role: Freight Operations Coordinator

Location: Dublin 3

Hybrid role

Salary: €40k – €45k

Role Requirements:

• Accepting & processing bookings, with continuous monitoring and adjustments where required.
• Invoicing, filing & general administrative duties carried out within time frame requirements & with high level of accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to react to problems in a time efficient manner.
• Support customers throughout their shipping journey.
• Solving problems before they arise.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

• An ability to demonstrate proven experience in a similar role an advantage.
• Must be able to work on their own initiative.
• Experience in Road Freight & Ocean Freight desirable, including import & Export as well as LCL and Groupage services.
• Customer service focused with excellent communication skills; this role involves the maintenance of close relationships with customers and sub-contractors.
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages & and ability to learn online software platforms.
