Role: Health & Safety Manager

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €65k – €70k

Role Requirements: 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Management System

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Irish Health & Safety legislation, including the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005

  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented

  • Lead accident and incident investigations and prepare detailed reports

  • Deliver Health & Safety training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors

  • Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities (HSA) and external auditors

  • Advise senior management on Health & Safety performance, risks, and improvements

  • Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or related discipline)

  • Chartered or Graduate Member of IOSH (CMIOSH / GradIOSH) or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role 

  • Strong working knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and influence safety behaviours at all levels
