Role: HR Administrator
Location: Dublin 11 / Dublin 9
Salary: €35k
Role Requirements:
- Provide administrative support across all HR functions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Support payroll administration and employee benefits coordination
- Manage employee queries and HR documentation (contracts, policies, letters)
- Assist with performance management and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a HR or recruitment support role
- Third level HR qualification or working towards same.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with HR systems is an advantage)
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
