HR Administrator

North Dublin, Full Time

Role: HR Administrator 

Location: Dublin 11 / Dublin 9

Salary: €35k

Role Requirements: 

  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Support payroll administration and employee benefits coordination
  • Manage employee queries and HR documentation (contracts, policies, letters)
  • Assist with performance management and training coordination
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a HR or recruitment support role 
  • Third level HR qualification or working towards same. 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with HR systems is an advantage)
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
