Role: HR Manager / HR Business Partner
Location: Dublin 11
Salary: €50k – €55k
Maternity Cover – 12 Month FTC
Role Requirements:
- Provide Support to Managers across all aspects of Human Resources, providing input into people issues and decisions and advising on employment legislation and application of HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Support the recruitment and selection process for the Company for areas of responsibility,
- Deliver HR section of Company Induction Process.
- Support the Managers with performance management issues
- Support new Managers and provide coaching to help them develop people management skills.
- Support the Talent Management Review process, giving input into review of key Talent across the business and providing training and support to individuals as identified.
- Coordinate the collection and presentation of data to support third-party submissions and strategic HR reporting.
- Liaise with third party representatives, including union reps in relation to any employee representation, meetings etc.
- Support review of HR policies and procedures ensuring they reflect current Employment Law legislation and codes of practice.
- Ensure Compliance to all Company Policies and Procedures and relevant legislation, Health & Safety legislation.
Candidate Requirements
- Third Level Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Member of CIPD
- Minimum of 5 years post grad experience working in a broad-based generalist / management role
- Experience in hospitality or retail industry desirable
- Experienced in leading disciplinary, grievance and investigation hearings
- Experience with TUPE legislation
- Experience dealing with representatives, including union reps
