Role: HR Manager

Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry

Salary: €50k

 

Role Requirements: 

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
  • Lead and provide strategic direction for the Human Resources function.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage employee performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Guide and support
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are effectively integrated into the team.

 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar required. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR management role.
  • Experience working in hospitality would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
