Role: HR Manager

Location: West Dublin  

Salary: €65k – €70k

 

Role Requirements: 

  • Lead and provide strategic and operational direction for the Human Resources function in a standalone role.
  • Foster an organisational culture that promotes effective behaviours and ways of working, demonstrating a strong commitment to the company’s values, mission, and vision.
  • Ensuring right to work compliance of all existing staff and new starters.
  • Managing the recruitment process, working closely with the hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the organisation’s employee brand, culture, learning strategy, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Managing the full Employee Relations process as required.
  • Review and ensure the effective day-to-day implementation of HR policies and strategic initiatives, with a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing skilled and motivated talent.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with department heads and their teams.
  • Provide hands-on support to managers and staff as required.

 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar required. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience working in the engineering industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information.
