Role: HR Manager

Role Requirements:
- Manage employee performance reviews and introduce strategies for continuous improvement.
- Offer guidance and support to both management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts professionally and constructively.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the team.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
- Lead and provide strategic direction for the Human Resources department.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR management role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
