HR Manager

Role: HR Manager

Location: Limerick City

Salary: €55k

Role requirements: 

• As HR Manager you will:
• Provide expert HR support and guidance to senior management and operational teams.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Lead and advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisions.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition across multiple sites.
• Manage employee wellbeing initiatives and promote a positive company culture.
• Liaise with external stakeholders where required, including employment law advisors and recruitment partners. 

Candidate Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Previous HR experience within the hospitality, retail, or other multi-site operational environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
• Excellent employee relations experience with confidence managing complex HR issues.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
