As our HR Recruiter at Executive Talent, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our esteemed clients. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, assessment, and relationship building will be critical in fulfilling our clients’ workforce requirements and contributing to their growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and company culture.
- Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, recruitment strategies, and candidate selection.
- Prepare and present candidates to clients, showcasing their skills, experience, and potential contributions.
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum two years HR administration experience essential.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruitment Consultant a distinct advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets.
