Role: In-House Recruiter
Location: North Dublin – office based
Salary: €55k
Role Requirements:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across site and head office roles (e.g., Site Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Health & Safety Officers, Trades, and Labourers)

Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future projects

Manage relationships with agencies where required

Oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes

Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies

Enhance employer branding within the construction sector
Candidate Requirements:
-
3+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within construction, engineering, or trades

Strong knowledge of the Irish construction market
-
Proven ability to source hard-to-fill technical and site-based roles

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Knowledge of Irish employment law and recruitment best practice
