Role: In-house Sales

Location: Dublin 17

Salary: €35,000 – €37,000 + Commission

Role Requirements:

• Develop and maintain relationships with current customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and target potential new clients within the food service industry (restaurants, hotels, catering companies, etc.).
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and any service-related issues.
• Prepare and present tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep track of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help improve product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the food service or related industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient IT Skills.
• A good understanding of the food service industry and the specific needs of different customers (restaurants, hotels, cafes, etc.).
• Ability to understand and articulate product offerings and their benefits to customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of food service supply chains and products is a plus.
