Role: Kitchen Designer

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €40k (OTE €50K – €70K)

Our client, based in North Dublin, are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Kitchen Designer / Salesperson with a passion for design and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both kitchen design and sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics. This role involves working closely with clients to design custom kitchens that align with their vision, budget, and space requirements while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements:

• Engage with clients to understand their kitchen design preferences, needs, and budget.
• Create innovative and functional kitchen designs using design software.
• Provide expert advice on cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and materials to ensure the best solutions for clients.
• Present and communicate design concepts, material selections, and pricing to clients in a compelling manner.
• Follow up with potential leads and nurture customer relationships to close sales effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years in kitchen design and sales.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients, upsell products, and close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and design specifications.
• Ability to provide creative solutions to design challenges.
• Passionate about providing a high level of service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
