Logistics Administrator

Role: Logistics Administrator 

Location: Ballymount

Salary: €35k – €37.5k

 

Role Requirements:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues swiftly, maintaining professionalism and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for daily operational queries from collections teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve operational issues with a focus on finding effective solutions.
  • Optimise collection routes and monitor service performance to ensure timely collections, using internal tools reports for weekly and monthly performance analysis.
  • Identify and address any service delivery issues, coordinating with relevant teams to implement prompt corrective actions.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in maintaining a safe working environment, including supporting safety talks, toolbox talks, and other Health & Safety-related activities.
  • Actively contribute to the Performance Management process, supporting both team and individual performance objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills are required.
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service administration environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extremely organised and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a wider team
