Role: Logistics Administrator
Location: Ballymount
Salary: €35k – €37.5k
Role Requirements:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues swiftly, maintaining professionalism and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for daily operational queries from collections teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve operational issues with a focus on finding effective solutions.
- Optimise collection routes and monitor service performance to ensure timely collections, using internal tools reports for weekly and monthly performance analysis.
- Identify and address any service delivery issues, coordinating with relevant teams to implement prompt corrective actions.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in maintaining a safe working environment, including supporting safety talks, toolbox talks, and other Health & Safety-related activities.
- Actively contribute to the Performance Management process, supporting both team and individual performance objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong IT skills are required.
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service administration environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extremely organised and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a wider team
