Role Requirements:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Assist in payroll, invoicing, and other finance-related administrative duties.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external clients.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and office initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
