Role Requirements:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Assist in payroll, invoicing, and other finance-related administrative duties.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external clients.
- Support ad-hoc projects and office initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
