Role: Office and Sales Support
Location: Newbridge, Co. Kildare
Salary: €37,000 – €40,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Role Requirements:
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Handle customer enquiries, process orders, and track deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing and logistics) to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team, including filing, data entry, and managing documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage and update company records, documents, and contracts as required.
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing enquiries or redirecting them as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication.
- Ensure timely response to client queries and complaints, resolving issues where possible.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with creating regular reports on sales performance and customer activity.
- Help track inventory and stock levels to support sales operations.
- Support the preparation of invoicing and assist in managing accounts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (sales support, office administration, or customer service) is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Experience in managing client relationships and assisting in sales processes.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- A relevant qualification in business, administration, or a related field would be an advantage, though not essential.
