Role Requirement:

  • Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors/suppliers
  • Handle filing systems, data entry, and document management
  • Provide general support across departments as required
  • Perform occasional off-site errands and deliveries as needed

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Office Coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Professional, proactive, and adaptable attitude
  • Full clean driving licence (essential)
