Role Requirement:
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and reporting
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors/suppliers
- Handle filing systems, data entry, and document management
- Provide general support across departments as required
- Perform occasional off-site errands and deliveries as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Office Coordination role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable attitude
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
