Role: Part time Accounts Administrator

6 month FTC

20 hours per week – flexible time

Location: Dublin 22 – Fully office based

Salary: €35k pro rata

 

 Role Requirements:

  • Assisting the wider accounts team in the preparation of accounts
  • Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Financial data entry
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
