Payroll/ Accounts Payable Administrator

Role Requirements:
- Manage the weekly payroll for 200+ staff, including starters and leavers.
- Handle all payroll aspects such as ROS returns, weekly and month-end reconciliations, and employee payroll queries.
- Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and support ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.
- Support with handling payroll inquiries from employees, resolve issues related to pay, deductions, and taxes.
- Support with managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Sage Payroll or similar and strong IT skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish payroll and legislation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
