Payroll/ Accounts Payable Administrator

Role Requirements:

  • Manage the weekly payroll for 200+ staff, including starters and leavers.
  • Handle all payroll aspects such as ROS returns, weekly and month-end reconciliations, and employee payroll queries.
  • Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and support ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.
  • Support with handling payroll inquiries from employees, resolve issues related to pay, deductions, and taxes.
  • Support with managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in payroll processing.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in Sage Payroll or similar and strong IT skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Irish payroll and legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
