Role: Payroll Manager

Location: West Dublin

Salary: €50k

Role Requirements:

    • Manage and process payroll for all employees
    • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
    • Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses and corrections.
    • Ensure compliance with Irish payroll regulations, including PAYE, PRSI, and USC.
    • Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and tax filings.
    • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
    • Utilise payroll software to process payroll and generate reports.
    • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
    • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
    • Provide clear and accurate information regarding payroll policies and procedures.
    • Generate and analyse payroll reports for management review.
    • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related financial reports and reconciliations.

Candidate Requirements:

    • IPASS Qualification 
    • Minimum 3 years experience 
    • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws in Ireland.
    • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
