Role: Personal Assistant & Social Media Executive
Location: Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny
Salary: €35k – €38k DOE
Accommodation is an option for candidates open to relocation
Company vehicle – full clean driving license essential
Role Requirements:
- The Personal Assistant & Social Media Executive will;
- Provide comprehensive diary, calendar and schedule management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence, emails and day-to-day communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
- Organise events, workshops and speaking engagements.
- Liaise with suppliers, visitors and stakeholders.
- Provide confidential administrative support and assist with special projects.
- Manage and grow the Foundation’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create engaging written, graphic and video content that reflects the Foundation’s mission and values.
- Plan and schedule social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, analyse performance and recommend improvements.
- Update website content and assist with digital marketing initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Canva / Adobe suite and social media scheduling platforms
- A full driving license
