The Procurement Lead will lead the company’s buying and procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality purchasing of goods and services.

Role Requirements:

• The Procurement Lead will lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes for relevant company purchasing needs.
• Develop and maintain procurement plans aligned with business goals.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
• Streamline supplier base and services to reduce duplication, optimise performance, and simplify management.
• Identify and implement procurement efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and value-for-money initiatives.
• Conduct supplier spend analysis and market bench marking to inform commercial decisions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports in line with audit and compliance standards.
• Develop procurement policies in line with relevant legislation, and responsible/ethical sourcing practices.
• Manage procurement risks, contracts, and supplier SLAs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a
• related field.
• 4+ years’ proven experience in a similar position ideally in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated success in streamlining supplier services and delivering measurable cost
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and procurement best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform buying decisions.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• A clean driver’s license.
• Travel to other sites will be required at times
