Role Requirements:

• The Quantity Surveyor will assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans
• Support the procurement process, including obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations
• Prepare interim valuations and assist with monthly cost reporting
• Monitor project costs and track variations
• Assist in managing subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors as required
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• The Quantity Surveyor should have a degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 2–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Good understanding of construction contracts (e.g., RIAI or similar)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Full, clean driving licence
