Executive Talent are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruiter who is looking to take the next step in their career and take ownership of the full cycle for our client based in Dublin 15. As a Recruiter, you will become part of our clients innovative creative fun and dynamic recruitment team based in house.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive & professional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Source, attract and hire leading talent by designing and developing innovative and creative hiring plans that cover the entire life cycle of a candidate
  • You will be part of the team that defines and set the infrastructure for recruitment processes
  • Ensure volume hiring targets are met on time using effective candidate pipelining and influencing to get the right talent to the right place
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers providing guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates throughout the entire recruitment process including offer development and delivery ensuring candidate experience is at the core of everything
  • Support in continuously improving efficiencies in the recruitment process in line with budgetary and business demands
  • Be an ambassador for our client and coordinate and participate in hiring events such as Job Fairs external recruiting and other networking events
  • Involved in various projects that run throughout the year to improve efficiency and quality within the recruitment process.
  • Report on recruitment metrics to management on regular basis
  • Undertaking additional HR & employee engagement projects as required

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Human Resources or another relevant experience required
  • 3 Years plus relevant experience in high volume recruitment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy, high-volume Recruitment role
  • Ability to contribute in a high-paced, challenging environment consistently and positively
  • Solid experience of direct sourcing channels using social media and jobs boards
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of end to end recruitment with the ability to define drive and execute sourcing plans to generate required candidate pools
  • A creative and collaborative thinker with sound understanding of current best practice recruitment techniques to attract and hire desired talent and passionate about exploring and trialling new and exciting recruitment techniques and methodologies skills
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced ever-changing high-volume environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong teamwork, stakeholder management and project management experience
