Role Requirements:

Proactively source and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Manage inbound leads, responding promptly to enquiries and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Deliver tailored presentations and product demos to showcase platform features and benefits.

Negotiate contract terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and events.

Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market trends.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upselling.
Candidate Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or the hospitality industry.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong business development and lead-generation experience.

Comfortable with CRM systems

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS products.
