Role: Sales Executive

Industry: Hospitality – Recruitment Platform

Location: Dublin 22 base – Nationwide 

Role Requirements: 

  • Proactively source and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

  • Manage inbound leads, responding promptly to enquiries and guiding prospects through the sales process.

  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demos to showcase platform features and benefits.

  • Negotiate contract terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and events.

  • Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market trends.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upselling.

Candidate Requirements: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or the hospitality industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business development and lead-generation experience.

  • Comfortable with CRM systems

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS products.
