Sales Executive

Role: Sales Executive – Courier company

Location: Dublin 1

Part Time – 25 hours per week, flexible start times

Salary: €35k

Role Requirements:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients to present courier service offerings
• Prepare and present tailored quotes and proposals based on client needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in courier, transport, or logistics industries
• Strong understanding of courier operations, including same-day, next-day, and international services (preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing roles
• Proven ability to identify client needs and offer suitable delivery solutions
• Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
