Sales Representative – Windows and Doors

Role: Sales Representative – Field and Showroom based
Location: Dublin
Salary: €42k + Commission + Bonus

Role Requirements:
• Develop and maintain relationships with current customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and target potential new clients within the assigned territory.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and any service-related issues.
• Prepare and present tailored sales presentations and proposals.

• Create and provide quotations for clients.
• Manage and support the company showroom as required. Showcasing company products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep track of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help improve product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant sales role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Full Driver’s licence required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities with ability to work off own initiative.
• Proficient IT Skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
