Role: Senior HR Generalist – Hybrid
Location: Dublin
Salary: €55k
Role Requirements:
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead and participate in the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Multi-Site Operation, travel is required from time to time.
Candidate Requirements:
- A background in retail is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address HR challenges.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once effectively.
