Role: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Dublin 9.

Fully office based role.

Salary: €36k OTE €48k+

Role Requirements:

• As a Senior Sales Executive, you will,
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term customers.
• Lead negotiations, preparing proposals, and closing complex sales deals.
• Mentor, coach, and support junior sales executives to improve performance.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasting revenue, and preparing sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a proactive sales executive.
• Excellent spoken and written English,
• Willingness to work hard and quickly learn our business model,
• Recent success at Leaving Cert. or primary degree level,
• Proven ability to drive sales activity and revenue,
• Knowledge of MS Office and an ability to learn our CRM and ERP packages.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s and targets.
