Role: Senior Sales Operations Manager

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €70k – €80k

Role Requirements: 

• Lead the sales management team to drive sales performance.
• Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Control and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintaining customer databases and other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Provide recommendations on business process improvements.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Familiarity with FMCG industry regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in sales operations.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing sales processes and systems.
