Role: Service Department Administrator

Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12

Salary: €40k 

Role Requirements: 

  • Coordinate field engineers for daily service calls and onsite visits
  • Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Monitor engineer workloads, response times, and job completion statuses
  • Prioritise urgent support issues and dispatch engineers accordingly
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates on appointments and service progress
  • Ensure all tickets, job notes, and service records are accurately maintained
  • Order and track equipment or parts required for engineer visits
  • Support service delivery reporting and KPI tracking
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • two years previous experience in a service desk, scheduling, coordination, or administration role
  • Experience coordinating engineers, drivers, technicians, or field staff is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using ticketing or scheduling systems
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
