Role: Shipping Administrator
Location: Naas
Salary: €36k+
Role Requirements:
- Sharing Reception duties to include taking incoming calls and forwarding same.
- Logistics administration, planning and co-ordination of transport for daily shipments
- Completion of documentation to accompany shipments.
- Invoicing for shipping department.
- Production and stock administration, including data entry, checking records and distribution of information.
- Working as part of a team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with inquiries from customers regarding shipment status, delivery issues, and other logistics-related matters.
- Liaise with internal and external logistics providers to ensure shipments are completed as scheduled and manage any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for shipments, inventory, and financial transactions in the company’s systems.
- Resolve logistical and administrative issues, such as shipment delays, missing items, or discrepancies in invoices, efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, including customs requirements and health & safety standards.

- Professional, friendly manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Adaptable and flexible.
