We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Clearance and Shipping Professional to join our logistics team based in Dublin 11.

Role Requirements:

• Shipping and Customs Clearance duties are to support monitoring of vessel and container movements, highlighting potential delays to senior staff.
• Prepare and check basic customs and shipping documents under supervision.
• Support the clearance team with the timely receipt of produce from third-party countries.
• Learn and apply customs regulations and procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Work alongside warehouse and operations teams to align logistics processes.
• Work closely with Sales/Commercial to understand delivery requirements.
• Communicate shipment status updates to colleagues and escalate issues as needed.
• Take an active role in learning import/export regulations and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Some knowledge of logistics or shipping is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn customs clearance processes and compliance requirements.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
• Third level education in Logistics and / or Customs Clearance
• Two years’ experience in Administration / Logistics
