Role Requirements:

  • The Telesales & Office Administrator handle all inbound and outbound phone sales
  • Maintain communications with existing clients
  • Monitoring existing clients stock levels
  • Introduce promotions and offers to clients
  • Uploading Orders on WMS accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast moving & busy environment.
  • Answering inbound sales enquiries and supplier calls

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • The Telesales & Office Administrator will have previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Ability to utilise CRM’s
  • Possess excellent administration and IT skills with previous experience using MS Office
  • Exceptional numeric & data entry skills with attention to detail & accuracy is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
