Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Counter Sales professional, with an interest in the Automotive Industry, to join their team in Dublin 24.

Role Requirements:

• The Trade Counter Sales professional will be accurate and efficient in processing invoices and credit notes.
• Working closely with members of the Warehouse team to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
• The processing of returns from Trade Counter customers.
• Providing a backup service for our Reps on the road.
• Answering customer queries via telephone
• Processing orders accurately and clearly via phone, fax and email.
• Monitoring orders that come in online via our portal for accuracy.
• Working well with other members of the Sales Office team, to ensure phone cover.
• Providing helpful and friendly service to our customers, particularly on technical queries.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Trade Counter Sales professional will have an interest in the Automotive Industry
• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Have excellent telephone manner.
• Be helpful, courteous and efficient to customers and to other members of staff.
• Be a team player, who is willing to learn new skills and show initiative.
• Be professional, personable, hardworking, conscientious, honest and punctual
• Enjoy working in a challenging and rewarding environment.
