Inside Sales Executive

Role: Inside Sales Executive 

Location: Dublin 24  

Salary: €35k – €38k 

Role Requirements: 

• Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the Warehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle returns from Trade Counter customers.
• Provide support as a backup for our on-the-road Representatives.
• Return customer calls as needed.
• Answer inbound phone calls promptly and effectively.
• Process orders clearly and accurately via phone, fax, and email.
• Monitor online orders through the internal portal to ensure accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Office team to maintain consistent phone coverage.
• Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, especially with technical inquiries.

Candidate Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a similar role ideally with the automotive industry is essential.
• A genuine interest in the automotive sector.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, as this is a fast-paced role.
• Friendly, courteous, and efficient when interacting with both customers and colleagues.
• A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take initiative.
• Professional, personable, and approachable.
