Role: Trainee Freight Forwarder
Location: Dublin 9
Salary: €32k – €35k
Role Requirements:
- Import / Export Operations
- Creating and invoicing of jobs
- Liaising with customers and key accounts
- Develop new business and expand in existing clients
- Communicate all information correctly to hauliers – inform drivers of Shipping/Collection/Delivery booking references, times and locations.
- Keep customers informed of any changes to delivery schedules
Candidate Requirements:
- Two years experience in office administration
- Industry experience a distinct advantage
- Good systems experience
- Strong administration skills
- Team player & problem solver is key
- Excellent communications skills, written & verbal
