Role: Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €33k

Role Requirements:

• Leading and supporting the warehouse team.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to efficiently manage inventory, track stock movements, and process orders. Ability to navigate and perform tasks within a WMS to ensure accurate stock levels, timely order fulfilment, and smooth warehouse operations
• Stock control and inventory management
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Ensuring products are handled with care and stored correctly
• Operating warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience leading a team. 
• Valid counterbalance licence
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work shifts if required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
