Role: Warehouse Team Lead
Location: Dublin 11 / Dublin 9
Shift: 11am to 8pm.
Salary: €37k
Role Requirements:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse associates to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities.

Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the warehouse is maintained in a safe and clean environment.

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations and supply chain.

Monitor team performance, provide training and support, and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Maintain and track inventory accuracy, ensuring that stock levels are up to date and orders are fulfilled on time.

Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead in a fast-paced environment
- Counterbalance licence and experience required

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of health and safety standards within a warehouse setting.
