Role: Yard and Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Maynooth   

Salary: €36k – €38k   

Role Requirements:

• Responsible for the upkeep and organisation of the yard, warehouse areas.
• Receive and check in deliveries from suppliers & transport companies noting any discrepancies.
• Ensure that the Yard, warehouse & retail area is continuously kept tidy at all times, that stock is clearly identifiable, and stock levels are maintained and restocked from warehouse to retail area.
• Responsible for loading and offloading of inbound, outbound and company vehicles
• Responsible for dealing with retail customers and loading their vehicles with their purchases and orders
• It is essential that applicants are physically fit as lifting is involved
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous experience driving and delivering essential
• Previous experience using a tail lift truck preferred but not essential
• Work and communicate as a team member to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively
• Perform any other duties as may be deemed necessary or as may be required by the company.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse position.
• Valid counterbalance licence
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work shifts if required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
